RAFI, SNAF Extends Relief to Street Dwellers and LGUs

Following the declaration of Cebu City for its one-month state of enhanced community quarantine last March 28, the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation, Inc. (RAFI) continue to respond to the situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, leaving a significant impact on the most vulnerable populations especially the ultra-poor and the homeless.
