We’re back in the great outdoors!

After over two years of being stuck behind screens and running virtual learning sessions (VLS), the RAFI Center for Leaders (RAFI CFL) is officially back in the outdoors, offering experiential learning programs to learners.

RAFI CFL has partnered with Foressa Mountain Town, an Aboitizland Community, for the use of Foressa’s expansive mountain terrain in the implementation of RAFI CFL’s programs. Interested organizations may finally experience once again RAFI CFL’s experiential learning programs with members of their organization.

“We’re happy to be back in one of our favorite elements and we cannot wait to take our partners with us on this exciting journey. We know that COVID-19 has kept us apart for the last two years and we hope that through our programs at the Foressa Mountain Town we can finally reconnect organizations and their members in the beautiful outdoors,” shared Daphne Dia, Officer-in-Charge of the RAFI Center for Leaders.

“We have developed exciting new outdoor courses that allow organizations to strengthen relationships with their members by experiencing the beautiful terrains of Foressa, including their magnificent trails and soothing rivers. We are grateful to Aboitizland for their generosity in allowing us to bring our clients and partners to Foressa Mountain Town. Surely our intent to use the land is to bring in both environmental awareness and improve the well-being of the community,” she added.

Committed to nurturing future-ready leaders, the RAFI Center for Leaders offers a Youth Development, Professional Development and Team Development Programs offered both virtually and on-site. Its Youth Development Programs include the following courses Musta Na YOUth, Building Well-Being Habits, Youth Bugsay Leadership, and Choose. RAFI CFL’s Professional Development programs include Personal Well-Being Journey and Bugsay Leadership courses. For its Team Development Program, RAFI CFL offers the Resilient Teams course.

“This strategic alliance will be the beginning of a partnership that will prioritize the promotion of environmental preservation, sustainable adventure and local livelihood in our communities at Balamban, Cebu. In this way, we are innovating ways to bring Filipinos home to Foressa Mountain Town by also creating a viable neighborhood that our vecinos and the Cebuano community will surely enjoy,” said Farrah Mayol, AboitizLand’s Assistant Vice President of Marketing, Branding and Customer Service.

The Foressa trails will now serve home to some of the RAFI Center for Leaders courses, bringing adventure, learning, and growth back to the outdoors. RAFI CFL’s Personal Well-Being Journey and iChoose for Professionals and Youth, respectively, are among the courses conducted at Foressa Mountain Town and are available for inquiry and booking. The RAFI Center for Leaders follows strict COVID-19 safety protocols and ensures the safety of all participants. The organization remains committed to providing safe, powerful learning experiences to every learner.
