Summary:

To plan the product’s introduction into the targeted customer segment and to closely supervise its deployment to the branch. He/she will work with the Area Head, Branch Manager and the SBL Trust Staff in managing the installation of the program and product, training and handholding branch operations in generating leads and managing the pipeline (including developing and implementing sales strategies) until operational KPIs within the deployment period has been achieved which will then be turned over to Operations. He/She is responsible for the functions and tasks related to Branch Operations, such as but not limited to: program/policy implementation; initial portfolio generation; good customer service; client and staff management and budgeting up until the turn-over/hand-over period. He/she will also work with the Product Development team to review the product in its lifecycle. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Graduate of Commerce of any Business related courses 
  • At least 2-year experience in a micro-finance institution handling small business loans or its equivalent 
  • Proficient in the latest version of MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) 
  • Must be comfortable working within a team of Area Heads, Branch Managers and Trust Staff
