This is the story of Raffy Baladjay and his journey in RAFI-Microfinance where he rose up the ranks — from a Buffer Trust Staff to Regional Manager to becoming one of RAFI’s Exemplary Employee Awardee (REEA) in 2017.

Eduardo Coma Flores, or Eduardo to his friends, was part of the first batch of senior high school graduates. He was also their batch class valedictorian.

It was in 2003 when Key Bird’s life dramatically changed for the better. When he was younger, he was involved in illegal activities in the streets of Carbon, Ermita, until a heroic act changed his life that led him to receiving a RAFI scholarship.

Battling and surviving breast cancer is already a life-changing experience for Georgia. Then she took on a new responsibility and formed a team to further raise breast cancer awareness through sports.

Daphne’s camp name is ‘Pillow’ because she endeavors to bring comfort to the people around her. She commits herself to consistent self-improvement for her to be a good role model and mentor to the youth — and this is one of the secrets of her 10-years stay in RAFI.

Before becoming the Parents-Teachers Association Federation (PTAF) President in 2014, and PTA President for Madridejos Central Elementary School, Bantayan Island (MCES) in 2012, Joel Villaofran Cordova was a student at the same school he is serving today.
