Evelyn started with RAFI Micro-finance, Inc. in 2007. And since then she has been grateful for all the blessings she has received from her being part of RMF. She now celebrates her eleventh year as the Bookkeeper at RMF.

For a man who was not used to hard labor and difficult life, Jomar Mandawe rose up to the challenges life threw at him. From zero to hero, his courage and determination made him the RAFI Micro-finance, Inc. Most Outstanding Trust Staff of 2017.

Ricardo Mariscal or Ric, bagged the most coveted RAFI Exemplary Employee Award (REEA) last November 16, 2018, during the celebration of RAFI’s 52nd Founders’ Day. This year, he also celebrates his 21st year of service in the Foundation.

Gil Corbes is an alumnus of the Kool Adventure Camp of the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI-KAC) – Camp 113. He is the founder of Lapis Ug Papel & Bigay Puso (KAC Change Projects), a former Supreme Student Government Coordinator, and current Prefect of Discipline for Liloan National High school and Boy Scout Coordinator of Arcelo Memorial National High School.

In 2017, two men emerged as Most Outstanding in the RAFI Exemplary Employee Award (REEA), the highest award given to recognize the RAFI employees with exceptional contributions to the Foundation: Raffy Baladjay, Operations Regional Manager of RAFI Micro-finance, Inc. and Lloyd Manila, RAFI Liaison Officer.

For almost three decades now, Dr. Roel Cagape makes sure that his free medical services and advocacy reaches the far-flung mountain areas in Sarangani Province. He does this through his ‘ambulansyang kabayo,’ which transports patients down the mountains.
