The Program Officer for Advocacy and Partnerships oversees the program advocacy campaign and coordination among identified stakeholders with their initiatives. The position will be in-charged with resource mobilization, convening programs based on the health action plans and the health balance scorecard conducted by the Department of Health.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of the campaigns and programs of RAFI CARES
  • Develop community partnerships for the success in the implementation of the program and assist in providing the available health resources to the community
  • Monitor timeline and ensure identified health programs and campaigns are implemented on time and in quality
  • Conducts monitoring, evaluation, assessment and analysis of program
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Medical or Health related
  • With at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Preferably with experience in community development and stakeholder management
  • Willing to do field assignments within Cebu
