Twenty future branch managers of RAFI Micro-finance, Inc. (RMF) completed a five-day Leadership Development Boot camp last Sept. 3 to 17, 2018.

The camp was a collaborative initiative between the Finance and Admin (FAD), Human Capital, RMF Management, IT teams, and the Kool Adventure Camp of the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI-KAC). It aims to cover the participants’ basic preparations in their upcoming managerial and leadership roles.

Attendees came from RMF Cebu, Leyte and Negros province branches. They spent four days of classroom training at the RAFI Eduardo Aboitiz Development Studies Center to reinforce the concepts discussed during their facilitator-led training. They also spent a day of experiential learning in Kool Adventure Camp at Balamban, Cebu.
