Pasko sa E.Aboitiz – Celebrating Communities

Pasko sa E.Aboitiz

As the spirit of Christmas warms up the atmosphere, it is the perfect moment to revel in the sense of togetherness within the community.

At the core of its mission, the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation, Inc. (RAFI) places immense value on the communities of whom it journeys with in the pursuit to create and enable them to be resilient, vibrant and prosperous.

To mark the beginning of a new tradition to foster unity and spread the spirit of joy and generosity, RAFI celebrates its first-ever “Pasko sa E. Aboitiz Street.” Believing that goodness should start from where you are rooted, RAFI gathered its neighboring barangays namely Tinago, Pari-an and Tejero for a festive event.

As dusk settled, E. Aboitiz Street transformed into a lively tapestry of colors and sounds. The air buzzed with excitement, and the street echoed with laughter as children, parents, and neighbors gathered to partake in the seasonal festivities. Decorated with twinkling lights and adorned with festive ornaments, the street radiated a warm and welcoming glow.

The event showcased a diverse array of activities catering to all age groups. From exciting childrens activities of Parol-making and circle time storytelling, every corner of E. Aboitiz Street resonated with the essence of the season. Adults were indulged in games, raffle draws and participated in the caroling contest.

A centerpiece of the celebration was the community Christmas tree lighting ceremony in front of The Kabilin Center, symbolizing the unity and shared joy of the season. The towering tree, adorned with lighted capiz parols, stood as a testament to the collaborative spirit that RAFI aimed to cultivate.
