Local government units (LGUs) across Metro Cebu celebrate the new normal with a splash of color.

The Ramon Aboitiz Foundation, Inc. (RAFI), in partnership with Metro Cebu local government units, launched the Shots of Hope Graffiti Contest, a massive information, education, and communication campaign promoting COVID-19 vaccination and the new normal.

The program brought color and hope to communities as LGUs continued with their efforts in getting Cebuanos vaccinated. Shots of Hope worked with local government in beautifying public spaces and reimagining life in local communities that are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
