About RAFI Disaster Risk Management
Formerly the RAFI Humanitarian Disaster Preparedness and Response (HDPR), the RAFI Disaster Risk Management (DRM) program addresses the disaster vulnerabilities of communities by strengthening local disaster management capabilities and programs.
Program initiatives include Disaster Risk Reduction through policy and strategy application, as well as Disaster Management through relief response and recovery initiatives (mainly in Cebu and Region 7), done in coordination with government agencies and partner organizations.
