About RAFI Education Development

RAFI Education Development targets learning loss and poverty among elementary school students, particularly in Cebu.

To provide young learners with quality basic education, we support qualified institutions and educators through grants for school rebuilding or rehabilitation and teacher training. Additionally, we facilitate collaboration among schools through speaking engagements and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Our vision is to ensure every Cebuano is numerate and literate by the age of 10.
