Job Summary: The Business Development Services Officer shall be involved in the transformation of RAFI Micro-finance clients from livelihood orientation to a level of growth and viability, increasing the client-base through the different business development service interventions and guarantee client retention of its good clients, and achieving financial sustainability of the enterprise.He/she shall be primarily responsible for supervising and overseeing the business operations of the Unit in the delivery of business development services initiatives.

- A degree-holder, preferably in a field that offers an opportunity to gain a well-rounded background such as Business Management, Commerce, Entrepreneurship. Additional class work in management type courses and problem-solving techniques is preferred

- A minimum of five (5) years experience in managing personnel and complex activities gained in areas of project management, implementation, monitoring and evaluation

- Has a positive and mature outlook and the heart for capacitating others

- Must be quick to spot opportunities in product development/improvement and must be open to network and link to partners

- Good written and verbal communication skills and proficient in computer applications

- Willing to go on frequent travels to conduct surveys, studies, and other operational activities in different areas where RAFI Micro-finance operates

The Research Associate shall be responsible for functions, tasks or activities related to research or development and/or implementation, administration, management of programs and projects which may involve policy development, program planning, risk estimates, political & economic forecast, feasibility studies, social marketing, resource mobilization, among others.

Job Summary:

The Project Engineer shall see to it that the project infrastructure or civil engineering works is implemented according to specifications and plans. He/she shall undertake tasks & functions pertaining to civil engineering works/structural designing/engineering for the project and procurement of goods and services. He/she will ensure that the goals and objectives for the infrastructure aspect of the project are achieved and sustained.

- Applicant is a licensed Civil Engineer

- With at least 5 years work experience in civil engineering works

- Has basic program management, financial management, partnership development, research/data and information management skills

- Has good communication and people relation and management skills

- Must have genuine interest in development work

- Willing to do field work which may require staying in the project site for long periods, including weekends and holidays

The Kool Adventure Camp (KAC) Facilitator for Professional Development Programs shall be responsible for designing, planning, scheduling & facilitating the professional development programs of the Kool Adventure Camp.

- Applicant must be a graduate of Psychology, Social Sciences or Education

- Preferably with Master’s degree/units in Business or Organizational Development

- Must have at least 3-5 years related work experience & has knowledge of corporate management & group facilitation

- Must have genuine interest in development work, love for the great outdoors, willingness to travel, & enjoys working closely with people & organizations

Job Summary:

The Kool Adventure Camp (KAC) Facilitator for Youth Development Programs shall be responsible for functions, tasks and activities related to the conduct and management of Kool Adventure Camp youth development programs.

- Applicant must be a graduate of Psychology, Social Sciences, Education or other related fields

- With at least 1 to 2 years experience in organizing and facilitating development programs and trainings

- Must be able to motivate and inspire others

- Has the passion for development work

- Willing to stay in camp during programs

The Forester shall be responsible for functions, tasks and activities related to the management of projects under the GREENIN Philippines Program of the Integrated Development Unit of the Foundation.

- A graduate of Forestry and a licensed Forester

- With at least 2 years related work experience in environmental projects and programs

Job Summary:

The Project Assistant for the Mega Cebu Project  (Planning and Technical Support) shall be responsible in assisting the Mega Cebu Planning and Technical Support Coordinator in the delivery and performance of functions, plans, programs, projects, tasks and activities related to the process and requirements of integrated development planning, land use, sector-specific and other spatial and physical plans as determined for the Mega Cebu project, including but not limited to: comprehensive metro-wide, strategic, brand development, investment, land use, urban and regional, resource management and development, transport, environment, other sector or theme-specific, site-based and project planning. The Project Assistant shall work closely and coordinate with the other project-based staff in ensuring that project deliverables and commitments are carried out effectively and efficiently so as to optimize the project’s resources and achieve desired project goals and outcomes.

Job Summary:

The Mega Cebu Program Coordinator for Capability and Organizational Development shall be responsible for functions, plans, programs, projects, tasks and activities related to individual/personal and institutional/organizational development in the broad context of regional, city-region, metropolitan, inter-local, and local governance and development, integrated and urban development and other sector or theme-based development planning, citizenship and leadership development. In particular, this covers: capability, capacity, and competency-building through education and training, technical assistance and consultancy. This capability-capacity-competency building and organizational development process may involve program, project, module design, development, packaging and/or implementation, administration, and management – entailing, among others, policy and program development and planning, needs assessment, asset planning and development, partnership development, resource and social mobilization, promotions, monitoring and evaluation.

Job Summary:

The Program Officer shall be responsible for functions/tasks/activities related to the development and implementation/administration/management of programs and projects which may involve stakeholder mobilization and institutional development, training and capacity-building, research, policy development and advocacy, technical assistance and consultancy.
